1. What we hold
When you create an undacut account we store your email address and username, and — if you sign in with Google or Facebook — the account identifier and basic profile information that provider makes available to us. We describe this in full in our Privacy Policy.
2. Request deletion
To delete your account and the personal data associated with it, email us from the address on your account at contact@undacut.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". If you signed in with Facebook or Google, tell us which so we can locate the linked account. We may verify your identity before acting on the request.
3. What happens next
We acknowledge and complete valid deletion requests within thirty (30) days. On completion, your account, profile, saved deals, alerts, and the identifiers received from any social login are permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics fall outside the scope of individual deletion, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You may also disconnect undacut from your Facebook account at any time in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
